7×7 Challenge – Summer Edition: Outfit IV

[This post contains sponsored items, you can find more info in the outfit details]

I’ve applied a little magic trick for the Thursday look of my 7×7 challenge: I’ve discovered that the linen vest by Linogija is also perfect as a top! Thanks to the sandals this look is super comfortable – although it would have worked with the black pumps as well 😉

Outfit Spotlight: Sandals by Kavat

My summer wishlist included a pair of new sandals this year. I found black to be a little too boring for summer shoes (and I also have a lot of black in my closet already) so I went for a tan version. I discovered my dream sandals on Instagram in one of Johanne’s pictures and fell in love head over heels: The Gottskär model by Kavat was the one! Kavat has a long history as a shoe brand, the company has been manufacturing footwear since 1945. Nowadays most of their models are made in their own factory in Bosnia. Materials that are used by Kavat include chrome free leather and organic cotton – they even have some shoes that can be completely resoled.

As of the bad weather conditions here in Berlin I’ve only managed to wear the sandals once. For now I can say that the cushion is super soft (almost like walking on a little cloud) but the leather straps need to be worn in a little more 😉
