When it starts to become warmer outside, things on the blog usually start to slow down a lot. Right before the summer holidays my creativity isn’t at its top level and I also hope that you don’t spend all your time in front of the computer – so please don’t mind the lack of updates over here. Nevertheless, I want to celebrate the beginning of summer with you today! I’ve prepared a fresh look and want to introduce you to a new cool fair fashion label…
Linen blouse by Linogija
When Linogija approached me for a collaboration I fell head over heels for the idea. Linen has become one of my favorite materials and I loved their simple designs right away. Maybe some of you can remember that I lacked summer tops in my closet and so I was happy to find this beautiful linen v-neck blouse.
The blouse has little slits in the side seams and has more of a tunic length that looks great with shorts. I’ve combined it with my second hand mom jeans (from my wish list!) and my black vintage heels to get a more sophisticated look.
And who made it? Linogija! The small Lithuanian brand works exclusively with linen fabrics from local producers and makes their designs to order in their studio. This doesn’t only prevent excess production but also gives their customers a chance to voice their own ideas. I’ve chosen a white linen fabric with black weavings on it for my blouse and I couldn’t be happier with it. Do you like Linogija’s styles as much as I do? Then I might have something for you at the bottom of the post… 🙂
